Empathy
As a UX/UI designer, empathy gives me a meaningful understanding of the motivation and frustration users encounter performing a task. Through behavioral study, persona development and the creation of a user journey map, I am able to gain a deep understanding of the user pain points which I later translate into meaningful and intuitive concepts to make the users’ life easier.
Every Project is Different…
