Brief
For this project, I collaborated with three of my colleagues (on the research part of this project) to explore the redesign of the E-ZPass NY website. The E-ZPass website lack basic functionalities and does not allow users find relevant information quickly to streamline the sign up process. Does not support friendly mobile access (responsive). Does not support search within the site. Does not display a handy chat or contact us information.
My solution was this complete redesign. The desktop and mobile user friendly app allows the E-ZPass NY users find information quickly, learn about the available and discounted commuter programs with a very simple sign up process. This upgrade allows search within the site and contacting support via chat or call.
